Brian Lockhart is the founder and Chief Investment Officer of Peak Capital Management (PCM). With over 20 years of portfolio management experience, he serves as the co-portfolio manager of PCM’s suite of strategies. Brian directs the company’s dynamic allocation of PCM’s unique ETF investment strategies implemented on behalf of their institutional and high net worth clients. Brian has been featured in multiple media outlets including Barron’s, Forbes, Fortune and Business Week. An active conference speaker, Brian communicates on topics ranging from portfolio and risk management to alternative investments. A graduate of Polytechnic State University in California, Brian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management. Brian is also an alum of Harvard, having completed an Executive Education course in Investment Decisions and Behavioral Finance at Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government in 2017. He and his wife, Cindy, have been married for over 30 years and love living in Colorado where they raised their two children, Caleb and Jennifer.
Geoff Eliason, CFP®

With over 13 years of industry experience, Geoff Eliason, in his role as CCO at Peak Capital Management (PCM) is responsible for oversight of the compliance program. Through regular and ongoing integration of PCM’s culture of compliance, Geoff oversees a team designed to implement every aspect of compliance within each department at PCM. Prior to joining PCM, Geoff served as the Business Development Officer at Invesco PowerShares, overseeing the largest RIA relationships, family offices, and ETF Strategists for the western half of the U.S. Geoff received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He and his wife, Lisa, live in Highlands Ranch, Colorado with their two children, Emma and Logan.
Clint Pekrul, CFA
Chief Equity Strategist & Head of Research
Clint Pekrul, CFA is Chief Equity Strategist and Head of Research at Peak Capital Management (PCM), and is responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s quantitatively driven strategies. Clint has over 16 years of industry experience. Prior to joining PCM, Clint worked in the asset management group at Curian Capital, a registered investment advisor. Clint holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Oklahoma, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Steve Vannelli, CFA
Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer
Steven Vannelli is chief executive officer of Knowledge Leaders Capital and chief investment officer of the Knowledge Leaders Funds. He oversees investment strategy, asset allocation, security selection and management of the investment team. Steve leads development on the firm’s analysis of intangible capital, studying how it affects corporate profitability and wealth creation. His work is the core of Knowledge Leaders Capital’s proprietary security selection models which are based on a novel approach to accounting for intangible capital. Steve has been an equity analyst and portfolio manager for more than 20 years. Previously, he served for 10 years at Denver-based money management firm Alexander Capital, most recently as Head of Equities. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Denver and is a CFA charterholder.

Dan Bauer is founder and Chief Investment Officer of Bauer Wealth Management. With 20 years on Wall Street and 18 years of portfolio management experience he brings an intimate understanding of portfolio management and all inclusive wealth management. Having spent the vast majority of his career focused on high net-worth individuals, foundations and endowments his understanding of risk controlled investing and goal oriented planning is superb. Dan is fluent in Spanish and spent his first year on Wall Street working with investors wanting to hedge currencies across foreign exchanges. Prior to establishing Bauer Wealth Management Dan spent 11 years at Charles Schwab where he was part of the first team who rolled out Schwab Private Client working with high net-worth individuals and families developing immediate portfolio solutions and long term planning. Dan attended Ricks College in Idaho for two years and is a graduate of the University of Colorado Denver. Dan is a registered financial planner and alumni of the College of Financial Planning. Although Dan is not affiliated with an insurance company, Dan has his insurance license and provides advice on insurance coverage. Dan is a Colorado native where he and his wife Amy of 19 years are in the process of raising five wonderful daughters, Lauren, Elizabeth, Madison, Alexis and Katelynn.
